Guys, what is up? Welcome back to the Good Day podcast. I am so grateful to have you joining me

today for another episode. And I got to to tell you I've started to look forward

to Thursdays so much because that's the day that I share a new episode and so I've like mentally

I just I found myself like counting down the days till Thursday till I can chat with you guys

and share a little piece of my heart. I'm so grateful for,

um, the fact that you are taking time out of your day right now, wherever you are in the world to listen. And I'm just pumped to have you here. Um, so the last couple of days over here,

I'm not going to lie, been a little emotional, just quick little life update before we get on

into today's episode. I actually went this past weekend down to my hometown,

which is a few hour drive, to spend a few days with my sweet grandma. She is going to be 96 this year

and just the sweetest, sweetest little thing ever. I could do like a whole episode on her and the

lessons I've learned from her. She's just

precious. But she has not been doing well lately at all and has actually had like some,

you know, ups and downs in her health for a while now. I've been meeting to go and visit her.

And I just finally said like, I'm going. I'm going to carve out some time and I'm going to go so I went

down last week last Thursday actually and I was able to spend three days down in my hometown and could

really just soak up some good quality time with her and you know hold her hand and just visit with

her and it was just really really a blessing to be able

to get that time with her. So we came back, uh, and start the week. I just, to be honest, I've felt

like I've had a heavy heart all week long. I've just felt off. I've had a heavy heart.

I, I think just the, you know, situation with Jamsey, someone who I love so

dearly seeing her struggle is always hard. And I don't know. I've just walked into the week,

not on the best, you know, not starting it off in the best way. And the other night, and I
