0:47.8	to talk through some of those budget measures and we've had a few statements some of which aren't so surprising, including the fact that the OBR
0:55.2	isn't quite sure how the Chancellor is going to meet all of his fiscal targets because they are
1:00.3	based on some pretty extreme assumptions for example that in the next
1:03.9	parliament you're going to have a 20 billion pound black hole in public services
1:08.4	they're based on the premise that at some point he is going to unfreeze fuel duty,
1:13.4	something that nobody thought was going to happen
1:15.3	in election year, but frankly looking at the recent past,
1:18.3	nobody thinks is going to happen at all.
1:20.6	And he is very tight within his fiscal headroom to meet those rules.
