The best places to look would be your knee or your elbow, maybe your shin.

Do you see anything?

Now, I'm not saying you're clumsy.

Whoa!

But chances are, if you've been active lately, the skin on your knee, elbow,

or elsewhere on your arms or legs is going to show some evidence of a bump, a bruise, or a scrape.

And if it was a big enough scrape, you might even have a scab.

You know, one of those dark, red, or brown crusty globs that forms on your skin?

Ew.
