Did you say, writing a poem? Well, I don't know how you write a poem, but it usually doesn't

involve turning on the stove, cracking an egg, and dropping that egg into a hot pan. But you know what

does involve all that? Cooking. Now, sure, there's plenty of delicious things you can eat that don't

require cooking like peanut butter, banana, and jelly sandwich. But thanks to cooking, you get to

have pizza, burgers, grilled cheese, chicken, spaghetti, and meatballs, tacos, oatmeal, soups,

and well, you get the picture. But what exactly is cooking? And why is it so important for humans to

cook? And who thought up cooking in the first place? I'm an expert. Now that's okay. I like it.
