All right, my loves, we are here. Welcome back to Self Care Daily. Welcome to a brand new week. And I'm so happy to say this. Welcome, June. It is officially summer. I mean, I'm smiling so big right now. I don't know if you can hear it. We made it to the season of summer.

Spring was magical and so special in so many ways. And I don't know about you, but I longed for spring for a long time.

And now all of a sudden, I feel like I just blinked and summer arrived.

June, July, and August are ahead of us.

And of course, for so many of us, I think for maybe most of us, at least in the part of the world where I live,

this is one of our favorite seasons of the year.

And it's just a season that holds a lot of fullness, a lot of light, a lot of joy,

a lot of play, hope, of course, warmth and sunlight, and hopefully lots of time spent in nature,
