Welcome to another episode of love and abuse,

and I want to remind you that all information

And I think that's especially true for today's episode, because I have some responses

that you can give someone who might be emotionally abusing you or

controlling you or trying to manipulate you.

And I had somebody reach out and they asked the question, what kind of responses can I have

for someone who's trying to make me feel crazy, trying to abuse me, trying to control me.

I'm talking about specifically today gaslighting and crazy making. And if you're not familiar with

those terms, let me give you an example. And I chuckle a little bit because it's just a ridiculous example.

But I read it.

It apparently is true.

At least people do this.

So I want to share it with you.

And that was the story of this woman.

She was married to a man that was causing her to feel confused and crazy.
