Hello, and welcome to day four of the Democratic National Convention. I'm here for Spectator TV

with Aidan McLaughlin, who is editor-in-chief of Meteorite, and Andrew Coburn, who is Washington

editor of Harper's Magazine. And I want to ask you both, what do Democrats believe in? Because I've

heard quite a lot of talking this week, and I

haven't really got any sense of what they stand for other than abortion, which they're clearly

very keen on, and stopping Donald Trump. Andrew, you first. Is there anything else? No, but I'd

reverse that order, stopping Donald Trump.

Is the primary thing?

Yeah.

If Trump came out for total unrestricted reproductive rights, they'd probably be against it.

Yes.

It's the hatred of Trump, which is an odd relationship because they've lived off Donald Trump

for years now.

You know, it propelled their fundraising.

You have the reversal of Roe v. Wade, which gave them their strongest bank, gave them abortion.
