I wanted to start really briefly just to give you a definition of what cravings actually are.

So this is taken from a blog post that we at Nutritional Weight and Wellness wrote last summer.

And the definition for cravings, the Miriam Webster definition for cravings, is an intense, urgent, or abnormal desire or longing.

It also goes on to say that cravings are in irritation within the system.

So then you take those two definitions when you combine them, it means that cravings are an intense irritation.
