Summary

What did Peter do with himself after his denial? What did the women at the tomb do with the worry or the fear they felt? What did Cleopas do with his sadness? What did Thomas do with his doubts? What did Jesus do with his feeling of being forsaken? Studying the end of the Savior's mortal ministry provides ample evidence of how difficult continuing faith was for those closest to the Savior, and, therefore, how difficult it can be for us. This month we ask the question, "What do I do when I don't feel anything?" Study along with us as we wrestle with all those emotions and see what we can learn from those who have gone before. Hey, welcome to this month's episode. Believe it or not, we are entering summer. It's June and here we are to study this month. For us, we will be

0:41.8

finishing out this month's study in the Gospels. And for you listeners out there, this month

0:49.1

will be the last of the Gospels. I can hardly believe that we've made it this far in our study already,

0:56.5

it feels like, but maybe it's just because we've only done six episodes, don't you think?

1:00.5

I think so.

1:01.7

Without doing weekly episodes, it really changes things up.

1:05.5

So I was thinking, Zach, maybe we should throw it back to our really bad intros that we had like four

1:13.5

years ago in our podcast where we introduce each other with really weird things. Oh, oh, so you want,

1:19.4

I think I said some kind of like compliments about you. Yeah, you did. I always had a different adjective

1:24.1

to describe my life. Yeah, I am so sorry if you are going back to listen to those

1:27.6

episodes. Man, you know, I will say, and maybe Zach, what do you think about this? That one of the

1:33.2

hardest things about that has been for us for recording an episode is like, what do we do for the

1:38.1

intro? How do we get into this? And then you think you have something good and then four years later,

1:42.7

you're kind of like embarrassed by it.

1:44.4

Yeah.

1:45.0

So we're not going to do any of that other than to say thank you for listening today.

1:50.0

I think that this study for us has been, and I don't know whether to say exciting or interesting

1:58.6

or fun, but it's the end of the Gospels. It's a story that we
