We are coming at you on a Thursday in mid-February. I think, David, we weren't initially planning to tape a podcast kind of this week we had teased it on the last episode that we might wait a while but news has happened unexpectedly like always but before we get into that David just kind of how you doing here in what was supposed to be a dead February

yeah I'm good how was your vacation tell us where you went and what was supposed to be a dead February. Yeah, I'm good. How was your vacation?

Tell us where you went and what was your favorite part?

I was down in the U.S. Virgin Islands, one of my good childhood friends.

He's a traveling musician and he was playing a Caribbean tour down there, some different beach bars and

stuff. And he was like, yeah, you should tag along. So I went down with my, with my brother. And it was

a great time to kind of unplug limited Wi-Fi, which is kind of a blessing because you can,

you know, put the phone away for a little, yeah,

but, you know, and then on my flight back, I'm on the plane and we'll get into this in a little

bit, wake up to, uh, not, yeah, kind of wake up from my, my mid-flight nap to this text

message that Dad Franklin had committed. And I, it was kind of a joke I was like is this is this

real I mean so uh so it's like welcome back to reality yeah exactly I was like oh now I got to just

fire up this commit story um while I was sitting on the plane d boarding and the person next to me

was appalled I think Let's keep in mind

that when I boarded this flight, I'd rolled in just from the beach, so in a bathing suit. So I don't

think they were too happy. It wasn't a Miami fan sitting next to you. No, no, there was no Miami

fans that I encountered. There might have been some other,

but no one, no one introduced themselves. Let's get into the Thad. Well, I guess first let's

talk about our schedule here in the off season, right? So it's the off season. Things are

slowing down with football. It'll pick up a little bit during the spring.
