It's a rainy Monday. It's holiday.

I'm doing one of those things where I'm recording, not in a studio, but just because I like the sound of the rain.

You really need it this year.

I wanted to take the opportunity this week to share a podcast with you, a wonderful podcast

that I had the distinct honor and pleasure to be on, called What Could Go Right.

This is a fantastic show from her friends at the Progress Network.

Their show description says, each Wednesday on What Could Go Right, hosts Zachary Carabelle and Emma Varvalucas,

converse with diverse experts to have sharp, honest

conversations about what's going on in the world, even during difficult times.

Since I was the guest this week, I will admit it was honest.

I'll leave the sharp up to you.

And as for what we talked about, we talked about civics education,

and we talked about how to have conversations with people

with whom we might disagree, which is quite honestly more important now than any time in my memory.
