Making an assumption here, and this is not a unique question or a unique comment,

that weather can challenge our motivation to get out and walk. I mean it's easy to be motivated when the weather

outside is beautiful and comfortable and pleasant. Rarely does that challenge our

motivation but when the weather is not comfortable when the weather is difficult is what we don't like,

that can really challenge our motivation.

So what I wanted to think about, what I wanted to talk about,

and how I want to answer this question is a little bit broader than the weather.
