Are you equating the United States Court of Law

as being equivalent or worse than a Soviet court?

I'm just saying that's the way the Soviet system works.

But we're talking about a state in the United States of America.

And you really haven't seen, I don't know much about Oregon. I actually grew up in Oregon. I lived there from the time I was two to the time I was 23 in Corvallis, Oregon, in fact.
