driving? I have the worst panic attacks when I know I have to drive for 30 minutes or more.

And I'd first like to say that you're not alone in this fear. This is a big area of concern for a lot of people who suffer with anxiety and

whether it's the fear of driving on your own or being a passenger in the vehicle with somebody else.

I'll talk about that a little bit more later because that's more my issue.

I don't have a fear of driving so much as I really have some issues around being a passenger.

And one of the best things that I recommend is that you purchase some Bach flower remedy, the rescue remedy choice is the best.

I have that on hand in my home and I know Ananga does as well.

And it's just a delightful supportive remedy.

You put a few drops in your water and you just sip on that
