We are deep into our weekly debates, in which we try to pick our top 10 books of the year,

and we're also trying to narrow down all the books we've covered in 2023, and last year

we reviewed something like 1,500, to a list of 100 Notables.

Yet even though we're looking backwards, we still have a couple months left, and on this

Political books, celebrity memoirs, and a few works from award-winning novelists.
