Morgan here and welcome to today's episode. Today I want to share with you something that I shared a few

days ago. I shared a poll on Instagram and Twitter where I asked the question, it was a fill in the blank kind of question,

today I am, and there were four options, and I'll read the four options here.

Today I am giving my all. Today I am pacing myself and resting.

Today I am doing something fun and or new. Today I am just making it through.

5% of people said today I am doing something fun and or new. 9% of people said today I'm giving my

all. 36% of people said today I am pacing myself and resting. And 50% said,

today I am just making it through. And at the time I took a screenshot of this, about 500 people,

a little over 500 people have voted. And I did go back and check it later on.

And quite a few more votes came in. And that 50% held pretty strong in that just making it

through. And here's a little something that I wrote in response to seeing these results.

I think about those who are in the 50% of this poll.

I wonder if some can relate to how I often feel myself, feeling like everyone around you or

everyone online is giving their all and you're just not keeping up. Or maybe things are happening

in your life right now where it's just left you in a space

where all you can do is just make it through I know that this is just a small informal poll but I hope

it can be a reminder that you're not alone even if it doesn't look that way I hope you know that you

are worthy of love support support, and care.

There is no wrong answer here. May there be room for today to be whatever it needs to be.
