I want to tell you about something that I put on the website,

love and abuse.com.

If you go to that website and you click on the podcast or listen to the podcast link, you will see a new button there that says, safe listening.

Titles changed. And what that is, is it takes you to another website where you can listen to the

show without the old titles there. So nothing about

emotional abuse, nothing about manipulation and control and hurtful behavior. Nothing like that.

It's all about meditation. Those aren't really what those episodes are about, but what I've done

is I've taken all the episodes and I put them on another

safe site so that if you have somebody that's looking over your shoulder and you don't want them

to see that you're listening to a show like love and abuse, you can do the safe listening option. And that will show a bunch of

what I call safe titles, you know, morning meditation and something like that. So it'll be helpful

if you are listening to this show and you don't want somebody peering over your shoulder or if they

do peer over your shoulder, you can tell them, I'm just listening to this

or whatever.
