Steve Jobs is easily one of the most influential people of the last century.

He of course co-founded and ran Apple, one of the most prominent and powerful

tech companies in human history. The company's reach has been absolute global

and overwhelming.

But his story isn't without blemishes.

On the one hand, he revolutionized the way humans interact with technology in the world,

creating products like the iPhone that would utterly change the human experience.

On the other hand, he was often a petulant boss with an explosive anger that erupted at his employees.

He refused to acknowledge or support his daughter,

who was born out of wedlock, for a long time after she was born.

Until finally, a paternity test proved that she was in fact his daughter.

He still refused parental rights. test proved that she was in fact his daughter.

He still refused parental rights for himself

and did the minimum, at least for many years,

sending his child support payment,

but continuing to focus on building Apple.
