Hey, mamas, welcome to this week's podcast episode where we're going to talk all about belly

binding. We have gotten quite a few questions in our DMs about this, so we knew it was time

to take the conversation public. But before we do that, we want to get started with something

Meme of the week. So have you ever had that moment where you're scrolling through Instagram

at night and you just see a meme? And you're like, oh my gosh, I was busting up in bed. And I
