Is it technically a motoring topic?

It's not, because it's, it's, it's, it's not a topic about actually driving, is it?

It's a, it's a topic about what you are driving and why and the politics of it.

It's not, it's not, it's not, it's not a motoring topic.

It's not like, you know, oh, how many miles do you get to the gallon or,, uh, what's better a dual carriageway or a, I don't know,

what's the difference in a A road and a B road? It's not a motoring topic. It's a political topic.

And so, so shut up. It's not. It's not a motoring topic at all. I don't do motoring topics.

If I do, I almost always regret it within

10 seconds of the first caller ringing into the program. So it's definitely not a motoring topic,

but it is, and this is the thing, well, this is the reason why we're doing it now.

It is interesting to me. I am finding it interesting. I suffer sometimes from what might be

described as overthinkingitis. And I sometimes find myself thinking, because I, you know,

there are so few people in the British media with a decent-sized platform who haven't spent

the last 13 years tickling the toes of Tories.

You know, it's pretty much every single newspaper,

bar the mirror and the Guardian.

It's pretty much every broadcast platform,

um,

bar none,

except us,

really.
