0:49.9	Welcome back to Self Care Daily, everyone. Happy Monday. It's time for a brand new week for us to dive into inner work and self-care practices here on the show. And as usual on a Monday, I'm here
0:55.7	with our topic for the week. It is harvest season right now. And as you probably know, I grow a
1:02.9	beautiful big garden every year. And this time of year is so precious because there is so much
1:08.8	to harvest. There is such an abundance of fruits and berries and
1:13.1	and vegetables and herbs and all the gorgeous things. And it's a really special time to be
1:17.7	out in nature right now because there's so much to eat and so much beauty to see. And I know
1:24.1	not everyone grows a garden and not everybody follows along with my gardening metaphors here all the time.
1:29.3	But it really is connecting me to the energy of abundance right now.
1:35.0	There is something really precious about being able to reap what you sow in that direct way that nature really offers us at this time of year.
1:46.3	And there's something so beautiful about watching my daughter every morning as she goes to school, she passes by the apple tree on
1:51.6	our farm. And she'll reach her little hand up and just grab a perfectly pink apple and then eat it
1:57.4	on the bus on her way to school. And I think about that a lot, how at some point
2:03.0	this seed for that apple tree was planted, and I wasn't even a part of that. And I get to enjoy
