No, it's been a while since, it's been a while between hostfuls,

the last one being before we finished up at the end of 2021.

So, you know, maybe like a recap of what's this year's looked like so far.

And honestly, I mean, honestly, I don't know what this conversation will bring. But I also feel like there is this global underlying sense

of what the hell are we doing now. and maybe it might be nice to talk about that

so that you and I know we're not alone and that anyone listening knows that if they are feeling

like that I think it's pretty normal yeah so I mean your guess is as good as mine I've got a a list of questions, whether we get through them all, I'm not sure.

But yeah, let's kick it off.
