Exactly. Friend of the friend. So Mary Beth LaRue is today's guest and she's also Jackie Carr's

best mate. And they used to run a business together called Rock Your Bliss back in the day when I first

interviewed Jackie.

So she's been on my radar for a long time.

But it's taken us a while to get our schedules aligned.

And I'm really glad that it happened when it did.
