What an idiot, ladies and gentlemen.

So, here we go, as we head into what they've said is going to be a very, very cold weekend.

And Phil Vickery, who says that kale is very good for you.

It's full of iron.

So a bit like sort of spinach for Popeye, the Sailor Man.

And Phil's obviously up early because he's obviously heading to this morning

or one of the millions of jobs that he's actually got, my friend Danny, is I think going off

skiing. I think he's going, I don't know if he's ever been skiing before. He's another radio

presenter, friend of mine from the sort of top end of the country and all these people who sort of go off and I'm the one who just does not do holidays.

I just, I'm, I cannot understand why anybody ever wants to do a holiday. It's the most boring. It's skiing as well.

I mean, very nice. You know, you can drink your glue vine and sort of poodle off down a slope.

However, over in Big Brother, they're not celebrities. It's developed into

violence and racism. Security of had to go into restrain Megan McKenna. She's just a drunk. That's all

she is. She's a sad, pathetic, lonely individual. She verbally abuses Tiffany Pollard with all sorts of disgusting language.

She admitted she was drunk and so they've had to sort of apologise.

I mean, she just launched this foul-mouth torrent of abuse.
