Hey, everyone, welcome to The Big Picture Retirement Show.

0:13.4

I'm your host, Devin.

0:14.5

We're joined today by my co-host, John Ross.

0:17.6

Howdy?

0:18.5

John, you and I get to talk to a lot of people.

0:21.3

You talk to a little older demographic than I typically do on a daily basis.

0:28.6

Maybe I bet on if you just averaged it out, it probably, that's probably, no, I think it's probably, it probably goes up a bit.

0:37.8

But I certainly, we certainly have a lot of mutuals. Oh, for sure. Yeah. Well, you know, after doing this now, this is my 23rd year of being a financial advisor. It seems crazy. I should not be that old, but I am. And as a result, I have a lot of clients who are older now, right? 1:29.2

checklist that I've tried to go through, some rigid format. I do try to make it a real conversation.

1:35.1

And in the course of having a real conversation, you get to talking about all kinds of stuff.

1:40.4

I mean, some really interesting stuff. No, that's absolutely right. And one of the things that I hear from a lot of these people who are in that age range,

1:50.4

I started thinking about this the other day, you know, I'd start to hear them expressing some regrets.

1:56.1

And, you know, not all of these are these lifelong regrets that are bringing them immense sadness now,

2:04.4

but it's like, yeah, man, I wish I'd have done this a little different.

2:07.0

Right.

2:07.4

Right.

2:08.0

And I'm sure if we got really deep with them, there's, you know, we'd hear all sorts of regrets.
