Hi, everyone. Welcome to At Home with Sally. I'm Sally Clarkson, and I have the biggest

privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every week

to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement, and I am just so

glad that you're here today. Thanks so much for joining me.

Hi, my friends, it's Sally Clarkson, and I am so very happy that you join me today.

I've been, of course, distracted by the holidays, and I've had several children and or spouses in town,

and we have eaten and talked and celebrated and just had so much fun.

And so I'm coming to you today in a very, in a house that needs to be picked up.

We're getting to the end of our groceries.

And yet I have just had so many thoughts and so many

kind of pieces of wisdom and learning that the Lord has been teaching me that I just can't

wait to share with you.

One of the things I hope to do in the coming season is to really look at the goodness of God, to look at the

magnificence of his presence in this world in kind of in counteraction to all the news, all the

things that are going on, because it is still a place where the touch of God's beautiful hand is.

And I want to be of encouragement to you because I feel so deeply that so many people I know

bear burdens work hard.

And so anyway, I'm looking forward to doing that in the time that comes.

But another thing that I really have on my heart, there's so many things,

but I really feel like so many of you, at least I've heard a lot about this lately in my own life and from friends,

so many of you give and love and reach out and affirm and work hard, and yet there are so few people

that give back to you or that love you back or that give you a gift or that send you a note.
