This is Sally Clarkson at home with Sally, and I find myself at home tonight.

I'm so glad you joined me.

I was just sitting downstairs with a couple of my children and their spouses who are with me for Christmas,

which makes me very, very happy.

And we had just completed eating up with gusto, our Sunday night turkey burgers

and all of the different things that we add to them.

And we had been talking about memories and all the fun things that we are planning for this

week.

And I just thought, you know, I should probably put up a story and a podcast about our

Shepard's Meal because I've had many letters about it this week.

And we just happened to be sitting downstairs planning our shepherd's meal.

It's really fun for me right now because I don't have to do all the cooking anymore.

We always taught all the boys in our family as well to cook, and our girls

cook too, my daughter-in-law.

And so we were planning how we're going to add a little bit of a Mediterranean touch to the

shepherd's meal this year.
