0:38.5	harder to hear, so then people have to pump up the volume, and then when the person responds,
0:42.5	they got to pump it back down.
0:44.0	It's just a total audio disaster.
0:47.0	So I will endeavor to be more enunciative.
0:50.5	Now, the interview you're about to hear, as well as a couple of the others that are coming up.
0:54.7	Over the next few weeks, I conducted those before I got that feedback.
