All right, well, I thought we'd open up talking about something that a lot of students in seminary ask about, and that is the call, the discernment of the call to office.

So I thought maybe share with us your own experience and then go down with the rest of the

pastors here.

Yeah.

The call to the ministry is a very special thing.

I do believe that every ambassador of Christ an internal call, as well as an external

call, to preach the gospel. And it's possible to come to seminary and not have the internal call

very solidified. Often God calls in a gradual way through a number of means and gradually confirms it

through various instances. And I've written actually a document in which I look at the different

aspects of what our forefathers said were involved in the call to the ministry based on scripture.

Try to document that in about 20 pages.

And then I give a summary of three or four pages, and you could actually find it in,

if you go to Church and Seminary.org and go to our academic catalog.

It's in the back.

And I try to summarize the internal call to the

ministry around the word holy. So it's a holy internal call where you feel separated, separated apart
