Hey, everybody, welcome back to day three of our Western States live interview show, you are listening to the Pillars podcast.

I'm your host, Dylan Bowman, and today we're sharing another series of shorter but awesome

interviews with some top athletes and interesting characters from this year's Western States

100.

Today's guests in chronological order are Ragnodabat's Paul Lind, Mike McManus,

the global head of sports marketing for Hoka, followed by 2019 women's champion, Claire Gallagher,

and we finish off with ultra legend Max King. And finally, at the end, we do some commentary analysis and prognostication about what we expect

from this year's race and talk a little bit about the conditions that the runners will

confront out on the Western States Trail.

Of course, all these interviews are done with my co-hosts for the week, Corinne Malcolm.

We've had so much fun doing this live interview show.

We realized that yesterday we had some audio issues, but we are learning a lot and we really

appreciate everyone's understanding as we try and figure this all out,

but it's been so, so fun.
