I'm Zoe Grunewald and I am Policy and Politics correspondent for the New Statesman and it is my pleasure to introduce our speakers for the event. West Streeting is the Shadow Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, as I'm sure you'll all know.

He leads on Labour's mission to build an NHS fit for the future,

and he will be discussing that with Anand Menon,

Professor of European Politics and Foreign Affairs at King's College, London.
