Checking idea at work when we have parties that contain alcohol used to be an honor system

until a newly hired person under 21 drank too much and vomited in the hallway.

Screw the honor system. My liver needs alcohol. Hey, you're ruining it for the rest of us.

They banned doing handstands at my primary school

because we used to play the game where you'd sing a song and go up into a handstand and when I went

up, for some reason, my arm just gave way and I landed on my shoulder and broke my collarbone.

I saw my old teacher a few weeks ago and apparently that's the handstand story equivalent

of the boy who swung back on his chair and cracked his head open.

Oh, God, that reminds me of how in primary school I used to swing back and forth on my chair

until one day one of my best friends at the time, like, actually cracked his head open on the corner of a table behind him.

And he left a big old pool of blood there.

It was awful.

There was also a guy who slipped on a banana peel, like

legitimately slipped on a freaking banana peel and fell down stone steps and they had to get

like paramedics in or something. When I was going into sixth grade, my family was moving to a new

town. In order to prevent myself and my brother from having to go through the hassle of moving

and to alleviate some of their stress,
