I've got to start on Donald Trump and ISIS.

At a campaign rally, Donald Trump said that President Obama, quote, is the founder of ISIS

and that Hillary Clinton is the, quote, co-founder.

He then repeated that assertion both on NBC and the Hugh Hewitt radio show the next day.

Talk about the impact of that kind of talk has had on the perception of US

foreign policy abroad.

Well, actually Jonathan, it's almost as if Donald Trump is channeling Vladimir Putin.

Because Putin has held the conspiracy theory,
