Okay. Hello, everyone. This is Yoga Talks podcast. My name's Jay Brown. It's a pleasure to be with you again. I'm back in town. I was away for a little bit. And it does feel good to be back. But I'm back in town. I was away for a little bit, and it does feel good to be back.

But I'm a little bit shell-shocked. I went away and did one of these training intensives.

I know there's a lot of teachers out there listening, and if any of you've done them, you know what it's like.

You go put yourself in this bubble, right? And sometimes those

bubbles are wonderful. In fact, the bubble that I had in Finland over the last week was a fantastic

bubble. But after you are in that bubble, you have to leave it. You have to go back home and

jump back into your usual swing and sometimes that transition's easier than

others and I got back two days ago I'm over the jet lag but man do I feel raw and not not not

grounded you know I mean I feel grounded in, like, in myself, but my situation feels loose.

Fortunately, the time in Finland was really fruitful on like a personal level for me. It wasn't

that fruitful on a financial level, honestly.

It was a small group.

And it's so funny how sometimes, like, the gigs that make you the most money

aren't the ones that send your soul a flight.

Always as much as, say, the gig where you did make as much money as you were hoping,

but everybody in the group is really there for the inquiry and goes there with you and

gets it while you're there. I love when it's like an immediate feedback where you can see someone go through a process and

kind of get the nugget or the thing that you're hoping to offer in front of you.

Other times it's like while you're there, you don't really get that and then maybe like

later on you'll get an email from that person saying

oh you remember that training i did with you that one where seemed like i wasn't that into what you were

doing well it ended up being really important to me so it's it's nice to get it even when it's later on
