Are you willing to just be that good Samaritan?

It's my favorite story in the Bible because it really highlights how easy it is to step onto the other side of the road.

I see it happening from people who are very wealthy and want to tell me, you know, I'll do it tomorrow.

I got a memo that shocked me to the core that basically said, you know what, Nick, you're not guaranteed tomorrow.

Great to have you

brother. Nick is the founder, CEO of Wells of Life and we actually cross piles in 2008. And since

then he's done incredible stuff and through his team and people, they've managed to bring water,

clean water to 700,000 people. So we're going to get to that later on in the podcast. But, Nick, you're in California. I'm supping a mug here of hot cocoa because it's so cold, it's been raining, whereas you're, you know, the glorious sunshine. I'm a bit jealous of you. But from your accent, clearly you're not from California. You're not American, are you? So tell us where you're from and give us a bit of background.

Well, I certainly share the same climate as you Simon for 28 years.

From County Wexford, born and raised to a farming family and became a school teacher.

And from there I emigrated, but I indeed spent 28 glorious years in

Ireland and they did not ask for me to surrender my accent at the border so to speak and so I still

speak pretty much as if I'm from the farm so that's kind of the origins or origins of my beginning.

And so what you were literally, your parents are farmers or what was your background there?

Yes. My father and mother, Aidan and Margaret Jordan, our farmers, were farmers, mixed farm in

County Wexford, typical farming life life became intimate with the picking up potatoes pretty
