I'm in an industry that is renowned for exploitation, but I think what I've learnt from life and my story with God is that it's not my job to know the end point.

It's my job to take the first step and get moving down this road.

Antoinette and I go back, I think it's 11 years to All Nations. We met All Nations, didn't we? Welcome, Antoinette.

Hi, everyone. So to give a bit an introduction on Antoinette, she's the founder of a company called Just Helpers,

which is an ethical London-based cleaning agency,

specialising and providing cleaning and concierge services for executive homes like the Bishop of London

and the Rothschild family. And she's been featured, I was thrilled to see this, in the Metro

and Good Housekeeping magazine. So justice and empowerment is at the heart of what you do,

is in Antoinette. And this year, your mission has been to challenge the pay and economic is at the heart of what you do, isn't it, Antoinette? And this year,

your mission has been to challenge the pay and economic structures of the cleaning industry. Small,

small vision. I love that. So that every client in the UK can have a clean home and a clean

conscience. I love the way you put that. Alternatively, we could talk about you as you're a former P teacher,

but now you're an entrepreneur with a passionate about justice in general being done,

particularly in the areas of, well, what we just addressed. And at the moment, you're in the process

of radically transforming the cleaning industry to enable cleaning colleagues to be paid equitably,

working rights and conditions to be more rigorously monitored.

Laws change to enable ethical agencies to operate more ably and clients, homes and offices

clean to a consistently high standard.

And in your spare time, you just love walking by the sea and sitting in your favorite

chair watching the world go by.

So that gives people a bit of a picture of you.
