going to get all into that with today's episode. But first, let's do our weekly review. This week, I have been having

such a bad stomach flare. But, well, this past month, I feel like I've been having a really

bad stomach flare, but especially this past week. And I'm honestly thinking I have CBO, which is

small intestinal bacteria overgrowth. So I'm getting retested for that. But I have just been really

conscious of managing my symptoms and eating according to what's going to just tamp down this flare.

Another thing this week is I have been having really wellness-focused morning routines that have been so beneficial.

It's crazy the difference that you can feel and having your day when you start your morning off with wellness and just intention. And lastly this

week is I haven't just been enjoying the warm weather and just that spring into summer weather.
