And you know that we are in our 30th year here, it's hard to imagine. I mean just it just is and it's one of those things

too it hasn't been like a rifle shot because I was what 30 I was 40, let's see, 43 almost,

almost 19, I'm doing the math here in my head,

1993.

Okay, I was almost 43 years old when I started.

Now I'm, you know, what, you know, not exactly twice as old, but a lot older.

And so time seems to be going faster now

than it did before.

That's just the phenomenology of the passage of time, but nevertheless it's been quite a ride.

And I owe and so much to, and you do too, actually, so much to my co-founder, Melinda Pinner,

who was right there with me from the outset.

In fact, she was a helper with me at Hope Chapel in Hermosa Beach

in projects I had there, and she was a school teacher,

but she was such a great sidekick and she was so skilled at certain things especially like organization and administration and she is very very bright.

We got our master's degree in philosophy. and she is very, very bright.

We got our master's degree in philosophy together

under J.P. Morland that I can honestly say

I could not have done this without her.

And one person wrote me a note and said behind every man is a good man is a good woman,

and there's a sense in which this is certainly true with Melinda Pinner.

But and she was our beloved enforcer for 25 years until her debilitating accident
