Hey everyone, it's Mike Foster and hello, it's been a while.

In fact, I was checking the last time that I did a podcast

was back in May of 2020 and it's been a long hiatus now almost four years plus.

But the good news is I am relaunching the podcast,

but I'm relaunching and rebranding it

under a new name called the Primal Question Podcast.

And the Primal Question Podcasts is,

it has many of the same elements as Fun Therapy,

but we're going to be talking about

some new work that I have been using the past five years to help people,

help my clients, find new understanding of their inner world. And at a very high level, the primal question is a thing

underneath the thing that drives everything. And once we understand that, we can take control and be in a much healthier relationship with our emotions, with our thoughts, with our relationships in general and it's a really exciting new way to see human

psychology and so we're going to talk about that a bit and talk about a lot of things but but that is why we are

and I know it's going to be very helpful to you it's going to be very helpful to your life, your relationships, your leadership.
