I was like doing this pod because I know that the season is finally almost underway and I don't have to go through the usual preseason bullshit anymore because I'm passed the pod with Drew.

Andy is from Yahoo and he's going to give us sort of the lowdown on every player, every major player involved in fantasy football this season.

Mostly the ones that I dislike, I want him to defend the ones that I dislike.

But before we get to the top wideouts and backs and quarterbacks and all that shit, I want to ask you Andy, how has your job as a fantasy football evaluator changed since the advent of daily fantasy?

Have your bosses steered you more toward writing for daily fantasy players and not season long players?

Has there been really no sort of movement at all?

It's honestly, I wish I had a better answer to this, but it's not really that different because the same things that you look for in a daily fantasy matchup or the same things that we look for when we're making set start recommendations.

In season long fantasy leagues, the only thing that you have to attach to it is some notion of how many people out there are actually going to be starting this guy, right?

Like has everybody been going to be on, whoever in a given week.

That's the only extra thing that you have to think about, you have to think about pricing a little bit.

But in terms of actually projecting players, we care about the same things in daily fantasy that we do in season long.

So it's not that different, it's just a couple of extra wrinkles to add in.

The thing that's really been unfortunate for me is that there is so much more and the biggest change in my job over the years.
