I’m anxious by nature, a bit of a workaholic, and have a mind that loves to keep me up at night. I am drawn to the ideas and meditations we’ll explore here together because I need them in my own life to help me feel balanced and calmer and of course, to help me sleep better. And because I know from experience, that they really do work. So in each of my episodes, we’ll be talking about how the meditation piece relates to real life, getting to know one another, and hopefully, all finding greater peace and better, sweeter sleep, together.
