I've been working investigations for over 17 years.

And during that time, I've worked everything from drugs, guns, and gangs to sexual assault and homicide.

In this line of work, you unfortunately become desensitized to a lot of the things you see.

But there's one thing I've never gotten used to.

The amount of unsolved cases that are still out there.

Every time I read the news or open my phone, I'm reminded of all the family still looking for answers.

And in some cases, I hear from them directly.

And most of the time, all they want is for someone to look at their case

and bring some exposure to it.

Now, I'm not saying we're going to solve all of them, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try.
