are so good. I'm just wowed. They're truly some of the best ones I think we've ever had, to be honest. And it's a lot of ways they helped us. Well, they always do, Eric. Yeah, we are. We are. We're working some progress. Absolutely. Eric, I don't know if I mentioned, I wanted to save it for the show. But I had an interesting week. Give me. A little bit. So this time of year in the Midwest, in the heartland of America, it is Morel Mushroom Season. Eric, have you ever had a Merrill mushroom? Oh, I love them. I do a dry fry.

There's nothing better. Just throw them in the pan, let the water come out.

Then you add the oil. Then you add the balsamic. Yeah. A bit of wine, Steve. Oh, yeah. Reduce that. Hope you're wearing cheap socks because they're going to get knocked right off. Well, you get. So the morose are the one mushroom, I think, and truffles, that you cannot grow.

They can't, they, you have to pick them naturally.

And so there's about a, you know, anywhere from a seven to ten day window where they pop up. So every year since I moved back to Nebraska, I go out with a couple buddies and we go morel hunting. And it so fun you're on all fours you're having to do

a lot of you know work you but you're finding these and i i got a grip of morels already processed

brine put in the freezer for a later this weekend i'm going to do a nice risotto with them a risotto
