pretty much every episode, but I had a few questions recently about why potatoes are amazing,

because I put a reel out and I was just saying how potatoes have changed my life. And all of

this started with me doing something called the potato reset where I went from trying to be a bit of a raw vegan or raw to four, eating a ton of raw food, salad, smoothies, freezing my butt off in winter to eating a ton of soups and stews and potatoes and vegetables.

within the first month that I did that. And so I posted this piece of Instagram content

the other day. It was basically my love for potatoes. It was a homage to the humble russet.

And people were asking why. Like why are potatoes great? It really got me thinking that
