Summary
This episode is all about the high fat, ketogenic carnivore diet which is carnivore with keto macros, and thereby getting one into ketosis. Similarly to keto, some of the fat sources come from dairy, however the majority are derived from animal sources such as suet and tallow. This diet is similar to the Paleo Ketogenic Diet (PKD) protocol utilized by Paleo Medicina, now re-named to International Center for Medical Nutritional Intervention (ICMNI). This podcast is with Becky Niles, a coach at MeatRx and one of the facilitators of Dr. Shawn Baker's MeatRx Community meetings. Becky does a lot of experimentation and tracking and shares it on her Instagram, along with tools and tips on how to do a high fat carnivore diet with ketogenic macros.
