Another Thursday.

seconds here. But there's new ownership there, new management, new ownership. And it's John

Trice and his wife, Christine, and they were crazy enough to buy a radio station. But we're going to find out that it's gone pretty well. And I think it's going to do very well because we've got some great people that are running it now. So without any more delay, John, how are you doing? I'm great.
