So we're both going to be coming at you today with week 22 and 23 is what we're going to be chatting about today.

Finally got a chance to sit down. The girls are with our sitter right now. We both just had a snack. No one's angry.

Nope. Just excited to talk pregnancy symptoms. Yeah. A lot of people enjoy listening to the week by week, so. I feel like Matt thinks this is crazy that we're still doing this. He's like, it's the same every time. I've lived it. This is the third time living it, so I don't know.

Yeah, we're just, you know, seasoned, I guess. But let's jump into how I'm feeling in weeks 22 and 23.

So at this point, we are in the second half of pregnancy, cruising along, no longer sick, which is so nice.

And my energy is really, really good.

I still definitely have to be mindful of, you know, overextending myself, doing too much, which makes me feel really off, kind of dizzy.

But overall, it really hasn't been much of an issue.

My energy levels are really good.

So as long as I'm not pushing it too far, and I can like feel when I'm like,

I should probably just not do this next task I really want to do.
