I need to ask you a question and it doesn't necessarily stem from anything, but I'm always

genuinely curious.

As a guy that's in charge of retail and this is a very, very, very busy time of the year

for you, just all things considered, gift giving, snow removal, whatever.

Do you see an actual starting date from when the business starts to boom?

Is it post Thanksgiving?

When is that time?

It's a little different in the hardware business.

We're not a big black Friday.

We have a big bump up on black Friday.

Sure, just like in the old days.

It's not like the targets of the world or the Walmart's of the world because we're more

purpose driven, not just general crap.

We have general crap too.

But people come in to get stuff for a project that they have.

But lately, we've just been busy.
