Hello everyone it's Nancy and this is a little five minute or less pep talk that I do

on Sundays just to kind of get your wheat kicked off and today I want to talk about doing something

I don't think I've ever done before and that is telling my kids that today is just not a good day

to visit. I have I had some basil cell carcinoma surgery on Thursday and over the weekend I

started really feeling bad like feverish and nauseous and just not feeling well and it really

hit me yesterday morning and Maggie and John had planned to come out yesterday not just to visit

but we really do need their help because we're having a big birthday party for

Jay Mac at the end of the month then we needed their help moving things around etc etc.

Anyway I called them yesterday morning and said it's just not a good day for me just not a good day

can you please come tomorrow and of course they were very gracious about they're like well of course

we can come tomorrow and so they did they came today Sunday and I I felt okay in the morning but now

as the day has worn on I'm really not feeling well and John looked at my surgery and said I think

you might have some infection because I hate antibiotics I had not taken the antibiotics they

recommended so it was like I think you might want to start taking those antibiotics so I did

but anyway they did everything and then about mid-afternoon Brian and Ann showed up unexpectedly

with Winnie so we really had a great day and I didn't participate as much as I normally do I went

down to the dock early in the day but I didn't go in the afternoon but you know it was okay
