In the case you're new, these are about five minutes of weekly motivation

just to get your week started right,

or maybe during the week you need a little pick me up,

just come back to the Pep Talk talk or come to the pep talk

save it when you need it during the week what day do you lull on you lull like Tuesday for me is a lull day

where I'm like you'll need a little pick me up. So maybe save it for that.

I'm inspired today by a little book called Inspiring Generosity by Barbara Bonner.

In this book she says that that generosity invites us to put ourselves in another's shoes, see and

feel the existence of a pressing need, realize that it is within our power to help, and then act in whatever way we can.

It's really as simple as that.

When I think about generous people, the person that comes to mind for me first and foremost is my father.

He was such a generous and giving and loving person.

And I think the most valiant gift of generosity I ever saw him exhibit was one when I was a young girl, maybe 8, 9, 10.
